Upon arrival I was briefed about the detox program awaiting me. This program consists in raw food (fruits and vegetable), and different drinks and supplements. The detox can be accompanied by some Pilates and Yoga, yet intensive sports should be withheld due to the low body energy during these 5 days.
A typical day runs as following:
8.00 - Cleansing drink (water, magnesium, apple cider vinegar and...)
9.00 - Breakfast - green smoothie (spinach, spirulina, coconut water, papaya/banana/mango, bee pollen, and chia seed)
*benefits: contains protein and chlorophyll, and other nutritients including vitamins B,C,A,E,K. Helps remove toxin from blood stream.
After breakfast - supplements
10.30 - Coconut juice (a low calories juice full of electro light your body needs)
13.00 - Lunch
14.00 - Coconut juice
14.30 - Cleanse drink
14.30 - Sauna (very good to sweat out all the toxins)
16.00 - Liver flush drink (olive oil, garlic, lime, water and ginger)
*benefits protects against heart disease, prevents food poisoning, treats fungal skin infections, reduces blood pressure and cholesterol, helps easing constipation, stimulates digestive system and cleanses the build-up of waste and toxins in the colon, liver, and other organs.
18.00-21.00 - Dinner (salad and soup)
After dinner - supplements
Before bed - probiotic
* a massage is also planned everyday
