I'm already half way through my weight loss program, time flies away! After a week of full and intensive training, discovering great sprots such a Muay Thai, TRX and HIIT ( high intensive interval training), I can say that I already feel good, so good of doing lots of sports and seeing I can do much more and better than I thought; not only working on my cardio but also gaining muscle with all the weight and body lift exercises.
I will have a check up on Monday to follow on my program, I look forward to seeing how much I have lost and how well (or not...) it's all working out for me.
